Plan and Cost Reports

At the request of the lender, in order to accommodate loan closing, we will perform a Plan & Cost Report. Documents typically reviewed include the construction plans, specifications, Geotechnical Report(s), Environmental Report(s), construction contract, budget, schedule, and permits. When completed, the Plan & Cost Report will typically include the following but can be tailored to meet our client’s specific needs:

  • A description of the proposed project.
  • The completeness of the documents provided for review.
  • Highlights of any potential problems.
  • Review of the budget for the proposed project to determine if funds will be sufficient to complete the project.
  • General recommendations.
